When you engage with the Sonic Boom app, you will have the opportunity to develop healthier habits with just a few taps.

The Sonic Boom app has been specifically designed to inspire and support the improvement of daily health habits. It serves as a complement to the Sonic Boom web application, providing convenient access to social recognition tools, an overview of healthy activities and statistics, and numerous opportunities to hold oneself (and others) accountable for adopting healthier behaviors. Most importantly, the app aims to create a lighthearted, enjoyable, and socially active environment. Feel free to download the app and let the fun begin!

We will soon be adding more of your favorite features, such as Contests and Trackers. In the meantime, enjoy these on-the-go activities:

• Capture photos of people displaying healthy behavior on the go
• Engage in our entertaining game called "Busted!" where you can catch individuals engaging in unhealthy habits
• Share "Healthy Selfies" when you accomplish something significant (or confess your slip-ups and get back on track!)
• Add photos of yourself (and others) completing daily challenges
• Log your reward activities and monitor your progress towards earning incentives/prizes
• Interact with friends by liking and commenting on their photos, view your own activity stats and points earnings, plus more!

Challenge of the Day

This feature allows you to complete enjoyable and straightforward health challenges both at work and at home. You have the opportunity to share photos of these energizing health challenges with others across your organization. By participating in these challenges, rating them, commenting on them, and sharing photos, you will accumulate points.

Activity Stats

With this function, you can track your verified physical activity by connecting a wearable device to your Sonic Boom profile. By syncing your Striiv device (including the Boomerang), Apple Health App, Apple Watch, Fitbit, Jawbone, Garmin, or another popular fitness device or app to your Sonic Boom profile, you can view your stats within the app. This includes personal bests as well as daily averages.

Caught Ya Bein' Healthy

This feature enables you to "catch" fellow members engaging in healthy habits and capture the moment with a photo. You can also share "Healthy Selfies" or photos of your nutritious meals. Caught Ya Bein' Healthy is designed to foster additional social support and promote an environment of improvement. Recipients of Caught Ya photos have the option to share them publicly to receive recognition and support from others. However, they can also choose to keep them private if sharing is not desired.

Busted

Similar to Caught Ya Bein' Healthy, our new "Busted" game allows you to catch other members in the act of engaging in... let's say... less healthy behaviors. The recipient can openly acknowledge these occasional setbacks and share them publicly, emphasizing that it is alright to slip up or indulge every now and then (as long as we make up for it later!). We also encourage users to hold themselves accountable for healthier habits by self-busting.

Rewards

In addition to feeling healthier and more content, you may have the opportunity to receive some fantastic rewards for participating in healthy activities or achieving specific milestones within the program. Keep track of all your rewards in the Sonic Boom app! On the main Rewards page, you can quickly view your progress at a glance, click into each category for further details and instructions, and even log your activities and submit proof if necessary.
